1. About the business

Plug & Play Lounge is operated by Trupalkumar Rakeshkumar Patel, sole proprietor trading as PLUG AND PLAY LOUNGE. We provide in-person PS5 and Meta Quest 3 gaming services at our lounge in Anand, Gujarat. Our address and support details are provided below.

These terms apply to use of our website and services. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and the details shown for your booking or tournament before you pay.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate account and booking information, keep your login details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Use your own customer account. Game age ratings, equipment safety requirements and any published event eligibility rules apply. A parent or guardian should contact us before arranging participation for a minor.

3. Bookings and lounge sessions

Station availability, session duration, player count and the price displayed or agreed at booking determine your reservation. Check your booking confirmation and arrive on time. Walk-ins are subject to availability. Contact the lounge if any confirmation details are incorrect.

Additional time, extra players or other services may incur charges at the rates disclosed before those additions. Please ask staff before extending a session. A late arrival does not automatically extend the reserved end time.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). Review the total and any disclosed charges before paying. Use only payment methods currently offered for that service. A payment option labelled Coming Soon is not available for checkout.

For manual payments, entering a UPI reference or sharing payment details does not itself verify receipt. Paid tournament entries are confirmed only when the payment and entry requirements have been met. Check the status in your account or contact the lounge.

5. Tournament participation

Each published event states its game, platform, date, entry fee, eligibility, format, rules and any prizes. Review and accept the event rules before registering. Registration is subject to capacity and, for team events, completion of the required verified roster.

An application, waitlist position or unpaid reservation is not a confirmed place. Payment or place-offer deadlines are shown with your entry. Arrive within the published check-in window. Planned match times may change; check the event updates and your customer portal.

Fair play and staff instructions apply. Disputes, no-shows and disqualifications are handled under the event rules. Only published and approved results are final. No unannounced event, collaboration or prize is guaranteed.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the 24-hour booking and 48-hour tournament cancellation windows, late cancellations, service interruptions and approved refund timelines. Read that policy before paying. Contact support to request a refund; submission alone does not mean a refund has been approved or transferred.

Terms already agreed for an existing booking or registration continue to apply to it. New policy versions do not retrospectively reduce those rights. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Safe and fair use

Treat staff, other players and equipment with respect. Follow safety instructions and do not cheat, harass others, misuse accounts or attempt unauthorised access to the website. Staff may stop unsafe or disruptive activity. Any cancellation or refund consequence will be assessed under the applicable policy and law.

Website content and brand assets belong to their respective owners. Game names and third-party marks identify available services and do not imply an endorsement or partnership unless expressly announced.

8. Policy changes and concerns

We may update these pages as our services change. Review the policy version available when making a new booking. Services and these terms are governed by applicable Indian law; nothing here excludes rights or remedies available under that law.
